Acceptance
By using Magic Loops you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service

- You are responsible for your account credentials.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts violates these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, free-tier rules, or other usage controls.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract bulk data from the service.
- Use the service to generate content depicting minors in any sexualized context, hate speech, or content prohibited by our underlying AI providers.
Pattern ownership
- You own the patterns generated for your account.
- Free-tier patterns include a Magic Loops watermark on the PDF.
- Pro tier subscribers receive an explicit commercial license to sell finished items made from the patterns and to resell the pattern itself, with attribution requested but not required.
